CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST, WELLNESS COACH, YOGA & MEDITATION INSTRUCTOR

Throughout the years I’ve come to recognize the value of continuing education and have wholeheartedly embraced this journey of lifelong learning. As a psychologist and wellness coach, I continuously study a range of learning resources such as books, cutting-edge scientific studies, articles, courses, and podcasts. My aim is to stay informed and equipped with the most effective tools to offer my patients optimal assistance. I understand the importance of prioritizing your personal well-being, self-esteem, self-worth, and health, and aim to teach others how to do this as well.

HOW IT STARTED

I ALWAYS KNEW I WANTED TO HELP PEOPLE REACH THEIR BEST POTENTIAL

Having worked in hotels and in the corporate world, I realized that I need yoga, meditation, and exercise to feel balanced, as well as other strategies and tools that provide me with energy, self-love, and happiness. This is how little by little I began to change direction and visualize my path helping others through teaching yoga, meditation, coaching and especially psychology.

Personally, I believe that there is nothing more satisfying than observing and witnessing the change that is created over time, thanks to therapy, effort, time and commitment.

2. Courageously navigate through the challenging and messy process of healing.
