Having worked in hotels and in the corporate world, I realized that I need yoga, meditation, and exercise to feel balanced, as well as other strategies and tools that provide me with energy, self-love, and happiness. This is how little by little I began to change direction and visualize my path helping others through teaching yoga, meditation, coaching and especially psychology.
Personally, I believe that there is nothing more satisfying than observing and witnessing the change that is created over time, thanks to therapy, effort, time and commitment.
I’ve come to accept that at some point in all our lives, everything will seem like it’s falling apart. In the face of such turmoil, we are presented with two choices:
1. Allow it to overwhelm us and become stagnate.
2. Courageously navigate through the challenging and messy process of healing.
