Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Railway Corp. The application runs on servers in the European Union (Amsterdam data centre, Netherlands). When you visit our pages, technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, browser type, operating system, referring URL) may be recorded in server log files. This data is processed solely to operate the site, maintain security and diagnose errors, and is deleted in accordance with the provider's retention periods. No transfer to third countries occurs as part of hosting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
Processors
We use service providers that process personal data on our behalf: Railway Corp. (hosting, EU/Amsterdam) and Plausible Insights OÜ (web analytics, Estonia/EU). We have concluded data processing agreements with these providers pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Cookies
This website does not use marketing cookies or a cookie banner. Plausible Analytics (see next section) works without cookies. Your browser may only store technically necessary session data required to display the site.
Web analytics with Plausible
We use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia/EU) to measure reach. Plausible collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, referral sources and clicks on booking links — without cookies, without personal profiles and without advertising networks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly analytics). Contact
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). Your data is deleted once your enquiry is fully resolved and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Appointment booking via cal.com
For online booking we link to the external service cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). When you book an appointment there, your details (e.g. name, email address, appointment data) are processed by cal.com as an independent controller. Data may be transferred to the USA; cal.com relies on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses). cal.com's privacy policy applies: https://cal.com/privacy
