About Lena Judek

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST, WELLNESS COACH, YOGA & MEDITATION INSTRUCTOR

From an early age I have found myself captivated by the intricacies of human cognition and behavior. I’ve always felt a strong desire to support and strive to guide and inspire others to live a balanced life filled with love, happiness, and resilience.

I strongly believe in the synergistic benefits of counseling, exercise, meditation, and wellness coaching. My master’s degree in psychology and my background as a yoga instructor allow me to employ a unique combination of techniques to help my clients. Empathy is the driving force behind my approach, and I am motivated by a deep passion for helping my clients achieve their goals.

As a German who has lived a big part of her life in Costa Rica and for a brief time in some other countries, I have personally witnessed the many challenges related to starting a new chapter in a new country. 

Based in Berlin, Germany, I offer virtual sessions to clients all over the world in English, Spanish and German.

My goal is to assist you in enhancing your quality of life, both mentally and physically. Throughout our online sessions, I will provide unwavering support as you cultivate resilience, embark on a journey of healing, and acquire valuable skills to create a purposeful and fulfilling present and future.

Throughout counseling, our main focus will be to address emotional difficulties, and troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, with a focus on the present. Our goal is to help you gain control, as well as diminish and eliminate challenges, to improve your overall functioning and well-being. By working on modifying thoughts, changing behaviors, and acquiring new coping techniques, we aim to facilitate positive changes in your life.

The inner peace program consists of several sessions where you’ll learn to appreciate and accept the ‘here and now’, connect with yourself, silence your inner critic, and develop a sense of calmness. Lena Judek Clinical Psychologist will teach you meditation and mindfulness techniques to connect with your mind, body, emotions, and daily sensations in order to improve your health and life in general.
