My primary objective is to assist you in enhancing your quality of life, both mentally and physically. During each online session, I will provide unwavering support as you cultivate resilience, undergo healing, and acquire valuable skills that will enrich the current phase of your life and the chapters that follow.

Throughout counseling, our main focus will be to address emotional difficulties, and troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, with a focus on the present. Our goal is to help you gain control, as well as diminish and eliminate challenges, to improve your overall functioning and well-being. By working on modifying thoughts, changing behaviors, and acquiring new coping techniques, we aim to facilitate positive changes in your life.

  • Health problems and psychosomatic symptoms

The inner peace program consists of several sessions where you’ll learn to appreciate and accept the ‘here and now’, connect with yourself, silence your inner critic, and develop a sense of calmness. I will teach you meditation and mindfulness techniques to connect with your mind, body, emotions, and daily sensations in order to improve your health and life in general.
